At 9:11 we took the train to Dordrecht. We went there this early because we’ve had a meeting with a few other fans before the show.

We went to a few music stores, where we had put the Delain CD in front of the others. After that, we went to a café for a drink. A few hours later it was time for some food, so we went to a snack bar. At 18:00 we arrived at the venue, which opened and 20:00. So we’ve had to wait a long time, but we’ve had a lot of fun.

I had a few problems with going inside, because they thought that my camera was a professional camera. So I had to leave my camera at the door. :( At last, we were inside and found a nice place. And I was allowed to make some pictures with the camera of a friend of mine.

At 21:00 the first band started playing. A new Dawn, in my opinion it was a nice band.

Delain started playing with Silhouette of a Dancer. After that they played Shattered, Deep Frozen and No Compliance. Then they played See me in Shadow, and stars (firework) were shining. The next song was The Gathering, one of my favourites. After the song, Charlotte said: The next song had been singing by Liv Kristine, but now I will sing it. Then they played A Day for Ghosts, Daylight Lucidity, Sleepwalkers Dream and Sever. After Sever, Charlotte said: I’ve got good and bad news, the bad news is that the next song is our last song, and the good news is that the next song is Pristine! Then all the band members left the stage. After a few minutes of yelling and screaming by the public, the band returned. First came Ronald, to practise ‘Answer me’ with us. Then they played Frozen and another time The Gathering.:) During the show I caught a plectrum from Ronald. Thanks for it Ronald!

After the show I’ve got my camera back, so I had the chance to make some pictures with the band. I also met Sharon en Robert there. Very nice! There was a DJ playing after Delain, so we started dancing until 1:00. After that we went to a friend, slept there and next day we went home again.
